I have 2001 Carrera Cabriolet and saw these wheels on a newer 911. I have combing the inter-tubes trying to find them, no luck, could some one help? Thanks for your help

Looks like the 10 spoke Carrera Sport Wheel. 19 inch configuration. the 18 inch version is also available, though not exactly identical. you can usually find them on ebay, OEM and overseas replicas. Also, try wheel enhancements, located in Cali. You may also get lucky and find a set on Craigslist near you.
