Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Currently No start- ran great end of May. Put a 1amp Battery Tender since this weekend 7/20. Been researching this; already tested Battery, different key, swapped #1 and #7 relay with O2 relay. And checked ECU fuse on B and C under driver footwell. Scanner tool can not connect to ECU. No other warning on screen. Anyone seen this? Any ideas of what else to check?

POST 2Original post

Ignition switch? Does everything else seem to power up? Any sign of dampness under the drivers seat? Failure to communicate with the ECU is a big problem. I would definitely pull the battery negative lead, wait for 30 minutes, re-attach and see if that resets everything. How old is the battery and how dead did it get?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The car/Battery never went dead. Everything with key turns on and works. Turn to start- nothing; after clicking to silence the Okay. Ive tested the battery- tested Good; put a big 49 size also; no change. Someone had the same issue and said dealer traced it to a relay. But didnt mention specific one. See pic; Ive swapped the 53 relay. Maybe I will just play with five remaining. Relays on the driver side behind jump seats
