I know we got to have some bay area guy's around that can recommend a P-car body repair in the area.

Is the body/paint damaged or just the bumper cover? Some years ago I hit some road debris -- tire carcass -- with my Boxster and busted a radiator and condenser and had a handy dealer -- well, after a 75 mile tow -- to Wichita, KS -- take care of the damage. Fortunately the front bumper cover while cracked was still usable. All mechanical work should be done by a Porsche tech at an authorized shop. My best advice is to contact a Porsche dealer near where your stepson lives and ask the dealer where it sends body and paint work to be done and at least consider using that shop.

Well, I thought he would have towed it to his place in SF. LOL no he towed it all the way home here in Sacramento about 92 miles, going to set it up with Walt Stickel body shop here to fix the damage, it did damage the radiators and condensors. it was a truck tire with a wheel. could have easily come thru the windshield and killed him. thank god all is well and car can be fixed.
