Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can anyone tell me where I can buy the notched "S" emblem in a Red color for the 2004 Carrera 4S? I have searched everywhere and can't find one. I could only find the full S in red.

POST 2Original post

Email Eric @ Bumper Plugs [email removed] Just had them paint my 3rd brake light and rear bumperettes. They show on their website that they do it. I tried looking for them for my car before. I have not found anyone who does them in red. I believe the process is they use a factory brand new grey "S" and paint it that color.

POST 3Original post

They are on the website as well. I think it is $149 painted any color you want.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the replies. I could have my current notched S repainted locally, but I was hoping there was a stock part in red (made through in that color plastic). Anything painted has the potential to wear off.

POST 5Original post

Bumper plugs uses the same grade automotive paint as your car was painted by Porsche. There is no chance you are going to wear that paint off.

POST 6Original post

I got a red "S" for my C4S off eBay. Around $35/36 IIRC.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
