I assume you would still need to compress it to adjust (unless they also have blades).

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 2Original post

There is a blade at the top of the struts. You can easily change compression rate by turning one way or the other. The shocks are different. You need to remove the snub bumper and then compress the unit all the way until you get engagement of the adjuster. Then you do the same thing as you might with the strut - i.e. rotate one direction or the other to change compression (jounce) rate. At least that's the way all of my Konis work. Edit: I see those shocks don't have an upper sleeve. No need to remove the bump rubber. I assume you would still need to compress it to adjust (unless they also have blades). Their last image shows the blade on the struts. Little tool for the blade adjustment:

POST 3Original post

I almost went with the adjustable Koni shocks, since I used to run them when I raced back in the 80s. I ran Tokico shocks in the 90s, which were superior in my opinion. I'm glad I went with the Feal coilovers. They really weren't that much more than the Koni once you figure in all new mounts and bolts. With the Feal, all four corners have a small adjustable **** on top for adjustment. Much easier that many adjustables, and I don't have to worry about losing the ****. They stay in place at all times. You really can't do that with the large white Koni ****. Also I have height adjustment from stock height to "oh, no, that's TOO low!"
