Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.
Discussions that performed work without a confirmed outcome
1
0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Check by a real dyno' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check by a real dyno' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

The only way a dyno app would work for the iphone is to turn it on, lay it on the ground, run over it with a rear wheel, pop the clutch -- then let the app measure the distance the spinning tire threw the iphone across the parking lot.

No setting for a brick wall....but you might be able to count the pieces to get an indirect measurement.

There ought to be a setting for grass where it might not skid quite as far.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have been playing with it here in the house and I am sure its not going to be a dyno machine.. but it actually it very sensitive and I think will give, at least a good bench mark and lateral g's. Its actually pretty neat
bought that thing about 2 years ago, played with it for a week then never touched it again.... figured I didnt buy a drag strip car.... but it was fun a coulpe times
I want it for bench mark reasons. like if i feel the car is acting "slushy" is it me or the car.... I think it is pretty acurate on 0-60. It said I was 6.12 for my best and 6.22 on my slowest.. and whats porsche say 5.9? Not bad for a rookie?
Wait a second... It looks like Porsche says 4.9 not 5.9... Thats a whole 1.3 seconds..... HUH... I think i better have it checked by a real dyno.. Looks like I may be missing some power?
If you get a kick out of this app, you MUST get the "Track Master" app if you have an iPhone or Android phone and track your car. Also supplement it with the camber gauge app if you have adjustable camber plates.

Yeah whats up with that? I woudl think I shoulf be able to hit mid 5's? maybe I am not aggressie enough off the line? Or I am missing some HP? Whats your thoughts? I always thought the car ran great.
