Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I checked the three fuses you suggested and they were okay.
Leading evidence: 'Check three fuses you suggested and they were okay' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check b6, d1, d2' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

(Used a multi-meter) After checking them I was sitting there thinking and realized that none of the interior lights were on.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have a 99 C2 born 4/98 and over the weekend I tackled my "no heat" problem by disassembling the center stack and cutting into the "air box" to replace the missing foam. I removed the radio (a non-factory Sony unit) the climate control panel and the switches on either side of the center stack. In my car the switches are 1) variable speed wiper control, 2) central lock button, 3) rear defrost, and 4) cigarette lighter.
I didn't notice until the next day the following:
The windows won't go up and down using the switches
The central lock switch does nothing
The rear defrost switch does nothing
Locking from the key fob results in two beeps from the horn and nothing else
Note that the windows still dip when opening/closing the doors and that all the above items worked prior to removing the radio/climate panel. I haven't checked the wiper delay or the cigarette lighter. The radio and the climate controls work as expected so I don't understand what I did, but I obviously did something to tick the car off. Unfortunately I don't have a Durametric and I live in a small town so the isn't an indy here.
Any thoughts/ideas on what I can check?
I labeled the plugs before removing them, so I was fairly confident they were okay, but I confirmed them anyway.

Checking the diagram shows C3. Sure enough, it was bad.
In over 35 years of fooling with cars I don't think I've killed a fuse before so I guess that's why it didn't come to mind. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
