Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'd been thinking about getting these for months, but couldn't pull the string. . I bought the car the beginning of summer and it came with some extreme contact Continental tires that had about half their wear left. I started auto crossing the car in may with very slow times and got to compete in three. My goal was to improve my times each race and I did. Each race I improved about 8 seconds from my 1st run to my last and I thought if I could do that and then getting these new tires would make my times competitive with others. Do to lack of others racing in my class I finished with the most points, but wasn't the class champion do to not competing in 4 races. I went to the 4th race, but I had coolant coming out of my exhaust and really was to sick to race anyways. When I got home my car went to the shop and I had to spend a weekend in the hospital. Even though there was only one race left, I wanted to feel what it was like to race on these new sticky tires, even though I thought I would hae to get and extra set of tires and rims. I ended up throwing the tires away, because tire rack had such a great deal on my Extreme Contact tires.. The new gold rims are on back order. the new Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R tires I was able to get the fronts from Costco, but the rears I had to order from Tire rack. With the confidence these tires gave me I was able to shave off about 20 seconds off times from back in May!! and no longer am in the back of the pack
Anyways the 1st day I had these tires on around dusk a Deer ran out in front of me and I hit the brakes. It didn't feel like I hit the brakes that hard, but it slowed me down enough the the collision with the deer was soft and I never had a scratch or dent on my car!!! and I turned around and went back and the deer was stunned but looked like it would be ok. I wouldn't have to pay my $1,000 deductible to get my car fixed.
I live and get my treatments In Arcata and race in Medford Oregon and the roads between are almost as much fun as the races themselves I see a lot of deer--I mostly take 199 thru the Smith River canyon or Highway 96 the Klamath River Highway and once took highway 3 past Trinity lake an over Scot mountain and have saw and avoided a lot of deer. I hadn't taken this route for about 20 years.
My coolant coming out of my exhaust turned out to be the coolant reservoir and cost me about $680 to have it fixed. I as born and raised in Arcata and have a sick dad and family here. I have Renal Cancer and I had a tumor removed at Stanford and get my chemo and see my Oncologist here in Eureka. Once and awhile I get out of wack and have to spend a couple days in the hospital.. but really doing pretty good. I took about 20 seconds off my lap time when I started IN May in May and I have yet to even come close to pushing the car.---We have n Enduro's up here Spring and Fall and races each month in between. No cones on the Enduro Track and I don' get lost like I once did on the inner track. The make a diff course each month except for the Enduros.
I missed the Porsche driving school they had the 28th at the Jackson County Fairgrounds
