Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Installed the new side markers...really like the way it looks (the orange wasn't bad but) it looks a lot cleaner with the smoke lenses...
Leading evidence: 'Install side markers' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Install side markers' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey Everyone
...I have been lurking for a while and since I (finally) cleaned up the car to Rennlist standards
, thought I would introduce myself!!!
Purchased my 2001 996 C2 in April 2009 with 51K miles...Arctic Silver/Graphite Grey...currently has 62K miles...it is (mostly) a daily driver...not too fancy...no PCM, manual sport seats, only modification is I added the iPod connector for the CDR220....and before anyone jumps all over me, I have relented, and the front end pumpkin replacements are on their way...will post pics...
I committed sacrilege, and went with Michelin Pilot A/S Plus tires shortly after purchase...they handle great, and allowed me to drive the call all year 'round without issues...being in CT, and previous cars with summer only performance tires (michelin and continental) on other cars becoming a rotating a skating rink under 50 deg. made the call to go A/S...
Here are some pics of the car, and since I have been in the background for a while, I have included some pics form the Porsche Corrale at the Darien Classic Car Show today to make up for it...(see next post)
Cheers!

Annual event in Darien...first year that CVR has attended...we used to have our own event the same day...Porshes outnumbered the "regular show" 3:2 today...incredible turnout...everything from pre-A 356's to 914/944/928/Cayenne/Cayman/Boxter/996/997 all the way to a 2010 997 Turbo...rain never hit us...a couple of drops, then it all got sunny again...
Good Miss! You guys must have the weather gods on your side. It rained hard in South Norwalk for a good period of time this afternoon. I was driving back from the city around 3PM and rained on I95 from Westchester until I got off the highway..
There were some incredible cars at the show...big turnout form the air-cooled... there were about (if memory and mental count is right...)13 356s, 15 911s, 10 964s, 10 993s, and 4 930s
