I have an 01 C2 Cab with a cracked headlight cover which is letting in moisture. This is for the litronic option. Anybody have an extra (right side) they could part with for a decent price? How hard are these to replace?

You would have to use heat to remove the front lens and find a donor with the clear bottoms to swap out lens. The halogen with clear lens runs about $300 vs a new litronic headlight is about $800-900....

Search Headlight lense removal. Basically you lay it in the oven on a towel and cook the assy @ ~180-200 deg F to loosen the glue and pull the lense off. Or buy a new/salvaged one. After you recover from sticker shock. Replacement takes about 3 minutes. There is a tool in your kit that fits in a hole behind the side rug, you should see a rubber plug with a "handle" that pops out to expose a "Bolt". You turn that towards the front and the headlight flies out onto the floor. Be careful to align the side pegs on the new light with the slides in the headlight tray as you slide the unit in. You can turn the tool gently towards the rear until you fell the locking hoop start to engage the assy. Then keep gentle pressure on, as you turn the tool, until you feel the lock snap home.
