Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Called her a few minutes ago. Her name is not Marco, Paolo or George. (so far so good) Set up a date this week and she sounds decent enough on the phone. Will see how it goes.
Not a teenager, but in her mid twenties. Her story - She said that she was dared by her friend to leave the message and had recently broke up with her boyfriend. Never knew that a dirty Porsche could be such a babe magnet. It's like Californication - Illinois style.
its cool that it has gone this far, and I wish the best for your new friendship
if you happen to get a pic of you two and the car, post it up - maybe the start of something great
If you haven't figure it out yet, we like pics - pics of the car, pics of the girly, pics of them both together - it's all good. Make sure she doesn't dent the hood when she's sitting on it.
Since the car was dirty and her message was scratched into the finish of your car, it's a little more like she gave you a free tattoo -- or she 'marked' her territory.
I used to live in Austin Texas and there was a couple of Morning show idiots that were on some radio show, but every once in a while they would spout words of Wisdom. And there was one that stuck in my head and it has almost always held true. I really hope that this isn't the case for you, I hope it is the opposite, but here is what they said......."Meet them on the phone, Leave 'em alone!"
Normally, this is one of those things that I would joke about and never believe. However, "One of my friends......" Ok it was me, I met this woman on the Phone as she was a friend of a friend.... and I will say that this time the saying held no truth. But there have been other times when it did indeed hold truth.
Depending on your age, have fun with her, and who knows it could turn out to be one of the better relationships of your life! Only a person who has a lot of fun in their heart would do something like this...Let alone leave a phone number because some guys would freak out over the scratched paint!
I hope it turns out to be fun, and thanks for sharing, and please don't forget to share the "First date story!"
Ha! I would be pissed because it did scratch your paint. I'd buff it out with her ***. Never got a message, but have gotten a couple lip-prints. Enjoy her... drive her hard and fast like she's intended to be, yet safely.
...then drive the car.
Fun! Just watch out: I have a friend who's family is WAY into Porsches (dad own/works at a 356 specialty shop), and he bought a used Boxter in '99. A girly girl got all excited about him, they dated, and in the weeks that followed she was asking for all these expensive things cause she thought she found a money daddy.
He was like, "chick, I'm a musician, and make nothing". She was very upset and broke it off.
Although she should have known better: it was a Boxter.
Good thing my girl knew me before my Pcar. Our first date was in my old '95 Toyota pickup. And she's still into me.
Subscribing to this one!
Hope she is as dirty as your car!
As for the gold digger thing... Keep in mind she just broke up with her boyfriend. Be her rebound and keep it as it is.
Hope you don't walk into a Dateline "To Catch a Predator" series special - if you do pls say hello to Chris Hansen for us. And don't try to run away, they are already waiting for you outside...
Every year in September, we go to Yosemite and stay at the Awahanee Hotel. This year we brought the 911, and in the morning when I went out to the car, there was 2 bear paw prints on the front bumper. Luckily, the car did not seem to interesting to him.
So far so good Gentlemen. I am still seeing her, that's why I can't post her pix. Or else I'm dead meat. I'll just describe her to you guys, that she looks like a younger Sandra Bullock.
She wrote the message in our carpark by the hospital I work in downtown Chicago.
This car is really a babe magnet and I'm afraid that it might get me in to trouble one of these days. It just attracts too much attention that I'm thinking of just driving a corolla or a civic.
dr r2r post some pics of your 996 I want to see what all the attention is about. Is yours modified? Maybe people aren't used to seeing a nice Porsche in downtown Chicago.
Dood, he is a doctor parking his 996 in the hospital parking lot. MD plates on a car = poontang. MD plates on a p-car = Young Sandra Bullock lookalike poontang.
We still need pics (for verification purposes only)

Nothing unusual or special. Most likely it's those orange amber oem lights that attracts the female species. It was rumored that the factory dips them in a testosterone laced formula for 3 years before they are assembled to the car.
How about a picture of her friend that got her to write the stuff on your car?
This place should have better info than the news so we all need more graphical brain stuff.
Not many p-cars here in Portland, lots and lots and lots of BMW's and Benz's, mostly driven by people with an attitude.
I've only had the car for about a month, but yesterday at work someone chased me all the way down the hall to ask me if that was my blue porsche in the parking lot and that he had seem me two weeks ago on the other side of town. Unfortunately I work in high-tech and I wish that there were more women working in my company. My wife keeps begging me to find a real mistress, and all I do is keep coming home with more airplanes, cars and motorcycles.
I'll just have to go on living vicariously through this thread and the thought of a young sandra bullock type.
