Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anyone know a DIY for this mod.... The GT3 Wing is its not a org porsche part, need some pics how to remove the lid and fan... /Rob

POST 2Original post

I think your question is unlear, at least it is to me. I think you're asking how to fit a GT3 wing that is not OEM to a C2. It's been done by someone here, I just don't remember who. Try a search, but the right person will probably step forward.

POST 3Original post

if it's a wing for gt3, the air intake is probably on the wrong side. Before you remove anything, make sure you check to see which side the wing's outlet is on and if it matches with your inlet

POST 4Original post

I'm assuming it has the duct located on the wrong side for a C2. Someone did a mod on a GT3 decklid to fit a C2, but like I said I don't remember who. It involved moving the duct on the lid and also getting a cone filter, but I don't remember the specifics and I'm too lazy to do the search myself.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I want to know how i remove my orginal decklid from the car with all the cables ... my new wing is not a orginal porsche part so the airintake is not a problem.. /Rob

POST 6Original post

POST 7Original post

I'm about to take this on. Instead of doing the research myself, I relied on the word of the seller (fellow Rennlister) for guaranteed fitment. Haven't heard from Moogle since he got my money. Anyhoo... I have an FVD intake installed, picked up the wiring harness, and am giving it all to my body guy to make work at the end of the month. Will post pics when done. In hindsight, I'd go with the MaShaw knockoff if I didn't have the money for the oem AeroCup II.

POST 8Original post

Its time to do the GT3 Aero wing & decklid on my C2 this week. Any instructional help will be very much appreciated.
