Well after having a new engine in for a few months, I have decided to sell my 996 . I couldn't figure out the classifieds here so this is the LA craigslist link: http://losangeles.craigslist.org/ant/car/746462923.html Thanks, and I'll still be checking in here.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Well, I'm not a member so that's probably why it didn't work. I really enjoy the car but it's not driven that much. I'll be at the Performance Products Porsche meet next Sat. (19th) in LA if anybody wants to see it. Besides this gives me more time to finish my 914/6 and considering a '6' for a squareback/ghia. Too many projects...

Any reason for having two diffrent sets of rubber on your car ?
Pirelli no longer makes the 305/25 I had on there. (The ride was a little too harsh for my wife's driving around our town anyway) I had a blowout when I drove over a nail outside of Las Vegas on a Sunday driving through. After scouring the town those were the best tires I could purchase. I've been very pleased with the 452's. They are nice and the slightly larger sidewall has definately helped with driving around town.
