Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I checked my tire pressure (36f/44r) and it is fine.
Leading evidence: 'Check tire pressure (36f/44r) and it is fine' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'alingment/tire issue' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Check tire pressure (36f/44r) and it is fine' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Well, I HAD the same issue (drift right), until I swapped the fronts...and now it drifts left!

Anytime you change suspension components you need to get the car realigned.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey all, I had PSS9s installed, corner balanced, alignment, etc. I am noticing a slight drift to the right when driving. I checked my tire pressure (36f/44r) and it is fine.
The alignment was fine before I put on the PSS9s..
Anyone know what the problem could be?
I put a set of PSS9's on my car last week. I don't have that problem but it is a bit nervous on the track at turn in. Most likely an alingment/tire issue. Ran on a new set of street tires
Played with the sway bars (GT3) and shock settings and it did improve.
Final settings:
Bars front/rear 1from full soft / 3 from full soft
Shocks front / rear 3/1
Camber front / rear -1.5 / -2.0
Toe front almost neutral, rear slight toe in (1/16)
I think it might be the tires (Continentals). I guess I will rotate the two front tires to see if it pulls the other way...that will tell me if it is indeed a tire issue.
I was told that Continentals are infamous for this...
Damn Continentals...I have the same issue. Well, I HAD the same issue (drift right), until I swapped the fronts...and now it drifts left! Very annoying.
Really? I haven't tried this yet, but need to.
Damn, I'd hate to have to buy new tires to correct this problem...I only have about 5K miles on them.
Anyone know what it is about these tires that create the drift?
Poor workmanship is what causes it. It's called radial pull, and I read something like 1 of every 5-6 Continental tires develop it. Mine only had about 5K miles on them when I began to notice it. If you have the receipt, Continental will give you some if not all of the price back to apply toward a new tire. Problem is that by 5K miles, your other tire will most likely have significantly less tread than the new one. And it will then pull the other way.
So basically you can either a) live with it, or b) spring for two front tires...with one of them comp'ed by Continental.
I'm currently going with option a) for the time being...and will never buy Continentals again..
I'm sorry, but if I read your posts correctly you haven't had the car aligned since you installed the PSS9s? Anytime you change suspension components you need to get the car realigned. You might wait a week or so to get any settling out of the way, but then it's straight to the alignment rack...
