Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
Uh, if you want to do this to the car in your avatar, then you just need to replace the amber bulbs with chrome coated amber bulbs.
Leading evidence: 'Replace amber bulbs' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Well the weather has been raining almost everyday and the job has been busy so I have not completed the install on my new PSS10's. But we had a dry hour or two today so I did the amberectomy on my front lights. I had bought the silver/orange bulbs a couple of years ago. I really like the way it looks without the amber lenses buried in there.
Next is the darkening of the headlights seem here:

But actually, if it is sunny on Tuesday the PSS10's will come first.
Pics? You mean like this! Right now it is raining out. But also I have a confession to make. In the 5 years that I have been hanging out on this site I have never posted a picture of my car. And yet I have never been nailed by Tim, or Dell, or Ed, etc. etc. Somehow I have just gotten away with it.
But I am going to take before and after pics of the PSS10 install and finally I may reveal my baby!
PETE!
this is a simple job for a rainy day... takes 20/30 min for the first and 1/2 as long for the second
in an hour with zero money you can make a big improvement !
$7.99 for the soldering iron at Radio Shack, you need a long thin one, no way my soldering gun would have worked. The first one took 15 minutes, the second 10. Be careful as you can melt the opening in the housing when you are reaching in to the orange lens. Get the bulbs ahead of time, although not necessarily two years ahead of time like I did.
WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Damn!!!! How the hell did that happen?????
OK, now that you have 'fessed up, we need some pics, so............
Come on Dharn, post the @#$%^&* pics.... lots of 'em!!!
You can get the chrome bulbs for the side markers and the headlights at
http://www.hoen-usa.com/index.htm
.
Unless you want to change out the amber side marker lenses there is no reason to get the side marker bulbs.
Side marker
lenses
can be purchased from suncoast, sunset, or pelican.
I blame it on Dell. He was the "Pic Sheriff" when I was just a Newbie and Dharn joind RL 5 months after I did.
Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
