Great price and guaranty - curious if header with stock 996 exhaust adds any HP benefit at all, other than at WOT? Seems like there is a lot of discussion that low /mid HP is hampered with headers, is this true or false with non turbo/non SC 996s?
looking at your website - mufflers 750 also total price 1500.00 for both mufflers and headers - nice
still wonder if HP is lost at low to mid range
In the couple of months that I have been on this forum, I have seen many posts about a number of header and muffler exhaust systems. I don't recall seeing the ZTek brand being mentioned by anyone.
The photos on the ZTek website look great, but then they all do. They show a dyno curve with impressive torque and BHP improvements. But then I have seen threads on the forum saying that the stock 996 headers are hard to beat, and don't expect any real power improvement with aftermarket headers.
Nevertheless, the price being offered is tempting...
How about some feedback about this product? Is anyone using ZTek headers? How is the fit and finish? Do they stand up over time? Thanks.

Headers only help as a whole package... if you have Mufflers, Cat-Pipes, Chip and a Intake, then you will feel the Power Gain with the Headers... but if your stock and only mod is Headers... Expect only a Sound change...

Pair them with ZTek mufflers and I promise your car will wake up like never before, in both sound and performance. If you already have another aftermarket muffler setup, you should also see nice gains throughout the rpm band on the dyno.
Other ZTek parts get special rennilist pricing but are currently not on GB. I am only authorized to put our headers on GB since we just ran a production run and space is needed in our header department.

We've had a few hundred members from rennlist purchase just these headers alone in the past and response has been great.
