Started thinking about the cost of replacing the headlights on my race car. Since they are required by rules, I have to have them. But there is no requirement that they work. Will keep the originals for future night races or resale. Planing to cover the broken pair with graphics so the car will still look good. Anyone have some cracked or broken MkI headlight for sale or ideas on where to source some?

You can find the early amber style pretty cheap on ebay. They were also used on Boxsters until MY 2003 IIRC.

Wow the amber boxster lamps would actually look quite nice on your car with that paint scheme. That orange looks sharp!

Keep an eye on eBay. Broken headlights are on there often.
