Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm looking at possibly upgrading wheels. Based on the manual it says that the front wheels should be 7.5X18 and rear wheels 10X18. However when I'm looking online most of the wheel sets for a standard C2 are 8x18 for the front. In the manual the 7.5's have a 50mm offset and the rears have a 65mm offset. If I use a 8 inch front wheel what is the offset? Thanks for the help

POST 2Original post

You can use an 8" front wheel of either 50 or 52 mm offset. Both are made by Porsche.

POST 3Original post

Won't GT3 size wheels with 18x11 ET65 rears fit a C2?

POST 4Original post

Yes, they would. But, that was not part of his question. Also, the 11" wheel is a 63 mm offset.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

would this work on a 2000 C2? Wheel size 18x8.5 Front and 18x10 Rear Wheel Weight 23.5 lbs. front 27.6 lbs. rear Wheel offset +52mm Front and +63mm Rear Wheel finish Hyperblack or silver and a polished lip Bolt pattern 5x130mm
