Back in June (while they were replacing my RMS) the tech showed me a 1 page document from PCNA (not in the usual TSB format), that said if there were issues with the stereo system, to replace the head unit, amp and cd changer to the latest revs, per Rick Perkins.

So after 5 months, I finally got my 'list' of annoyances ready for the dealer. Mostly minor stuff. Radio was blanking out sometimes, resetting all settings to default, no display, had to turn off/on again to reset. Just the usual crap with Becker head unit. Got eveything resolved, even a new head unit. Damn thing still does it. What is it with Becker and why can't they resolve these problems? I know others have been down this road, but I waited a few months thinking the newer head units would have updated software and hopefully resolve these issues. Sucks.
