Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hello all. Wanted to introduce myself. I've been a lurker here for a bit as I was doing research on my purchase. Pulled the trigger today on a zenith blue c2 cab. 34,000 miles....man is that going to change. Looking forward to learning a good bit as my previous car experience is vastly different than this delightful 996.
From the looks of the dash, this car probably has the whole Aluminum/Stainless Package, which includes the aluminum gauge faces, the stainless steel exhaust tips, and brushed aluminum threshold plates.
Beautiful car, Moharnus!
And excellent first post.
Welcome to the family!
WOOOHOOOO!!!!
OK - this is like the Army so listen up buttercup
2 things right off the bat..straighten up that seat (unless you are 6'10") and did they put a sticker on the rear deck
use 3M adheasive remover and get that gone
love to see more pics when you stop driving it ...and dont worry, the trips to "check on it" in the garage....they dont stop after years and years
Welcome...great color!
Thanks for the warm welcome......Yes the sticker will be coming off for sure. The seat however will be staying put, I'm freakishly long of torso, I was shocked I can actually fit. I literally laughed out loud about the" trips to go check to go check on her" as I just came back in from tucking her in.
I must admit I'm head over heals for her. I'll have to snap some real pictures tomorrow
We also don't use the word "delightful" here very much, but great looking cab. Welcome to the obsession. I sped a lot more time in the garage than I used to.
Welcome, looks like summer just got a whole lot more fun. Also, suggest that maybe you put a cot in the garage.....bring the wife up to speed early on......cuz the obsession just keeps growing. Enjoy!
Blue top......I'm so damn hooked its not even funny. Just put my 408 solid roller aluminum headed Mustang up for sale because now I need a coupe to go with it.
Sorry to hijack, but I have the same tips and brushed aluminum threshold plates. Were those not standard? My gauge faces
are white.
EDIT: Sorry, not thinking right today. Welcome to the club, it's a beautiful Porsche!
