Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
There's a view window in the coolant tank for checking the coolant level.
Leading evidence: 'Check coolant level' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check coolant level' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Did 1st oil change on my 01 C2. This gives me a baseline. Knew when the oil was last changed and what oil it was. Got Blackstone report for it. Now what should I be looking for in the future? I'm guessing iron increase indicated IMS bearing failure or wear? Any other warning signs to be looking for with the report?
What I think you need to be looking for is more excuses to drive your C2 so you'll have less time fretting over UOA results.
Really.
For IMS failures unless you analyze the oil frequently (< 500 miles? < 250 miles? pick a number) the odds of catching a bad IMS bearing at just the right time is small.
Based on most reports I've read when these things start to go bad the engine just doesn't have hundreds of miles of driving left in it. And often it is the noise the clues the driver in if he's paying any attention and then doesn't try to make the noise go away by continuing to run the engine hoping the source of the noise will correct itself.
Next, if you have the right oil in the engine and change it often enough so that it doesn't get overly contaminated or whatever happens to it so it can't provide sufficient lubrication and engine protection you should *Never* see any other wear metals. There'll simply be no wear.
(I know some are sick of hearing, reading this, but how much wear do you think the bearings in my 02 Boxster with over 242K miles have? Nil is how much wear. Change the oil/filter every 5K miles and drive the car -- alot obviously -- is all I do.)
As for coolant, if you need a UOA to tell you coolant is in the oil you are not paying close enough attention to the car's coolant level. There's a view window in the coolant tank for checking the coolant level. Keep an eye on it.
And relax a bit.
Drive the car more.
Sincerely,
Macster.
