Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've traded up to a 997 and have some left over wheels from the 996 C4S. Turbo look (not hollow), only 3, two fronts and a rear. Cracked the other rear and upgraded to hollows before I sold the car. So what's a fair price for these? Will post details in the for sale section when I get read to sell, just looking for pricing advice now.

POST 2Original post

Only advice I can give is have them checked out for roundness and runout. Way too many people advertising "straight and true" with no idea that those terms have actual meaning.

POST 3Original post

The other problem is guys are having trouble even getting 6-800 for a set of hollows these days. The solids are not going to be worth much. Maybe $100-150 a wheel?

$100-150 was about where I was thinking of pricing them. I realize they're not a high demand item but my wife would like them out of the garage.
