Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 5Original post

the ROW bars are not the same as H&R. Maci your car is a C2 correct? The H&R bars are great if you want improved street performance and no headaches. The front C2 bar is not adjustable, it's just bigger than the factory bars. It's solid rather than hollow and it's heavy as long as you don't care about adding a few lbs to the front of the car. Solid doesn't really mean it's better than hollow bars of the same size, just that it's cheaper to make and should perform about the same. The rear H&R bar is adjustable however. The nice part about the H&R bars is you don't need the adjustable links. The downside is the weight. The GT3 bars are "better" in that they don't add unwanted weight and the front bar is truely adjustable. However you need the adjustable links for them to mount on the car as the bar is a different shape at the ends than the stock C2 bar. These links will eventually make noise. It's not IF, it's When. (I've had similar designs on two cars now) For a street car that doesn't see track time I'd go H&R. Andy

POST 6Original post

for c2 people usually go for gt3 bars... and H&R's are popular with the TT crowd (AWD) since both the front/rear are adjustable. For H&R's and the C2's, Like what Andy mentioned... the front is not adjustable, only the rears are 3 way adj.

POST 7Original post

I already bought Tom's M030 sways, for a donation to Rennwish, BTW.

POST 8Original post

I'm thinking the same...H&R sways...although there is a set of GT3 sways on ebay for $375 without the links. What kind of improvement will I experience? The C2 already handles pretty well, will the upgraded sways keep the back end from sliding out in the corners?
