Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I love the new look... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ya6LFhzdmGE

POST 3Original post

Yup, the rear engine platform is fatally flawed, and has reached the end of it's development.

POST 4Original post

What a Beautiful machine....not sure about the rear wing though

POST 5Original post

Yeah the wing sux but like the man said, "what's behind me is not important".

POST 6Original post

Does it have the old engine based on the GT1 or is it based on the new generation 997.2 engines without IMS. The video shows that it has 415 HP which may mean its the old GT1 engine case.

POST 7Original post

I believe it's still using the old engine architecture currently. The 991 will probably switch to the new design. It is however direct injection from what I can recall. I hate that Porsche has such an awesome driver basically power drifting the new GT3 around. Sure it's fun, but still makes me a little sad that they don't show it actually being pushed instead...

POST 8Original post

Good post - the wheels look better than in the original pics I saw. I love me some GT3.

POST 9Original post

Awe, I could take him... (long as I had a really big head start )

they are really holding back on this info... till the release in spring. yeah, but they are really pushing the limits... now they have dynamic engine mounts... crazy http://flash.porsche.com/microsite/9...specialguest=0

POST 11Original post

Funny how every ad these days has to show the car drifting through turns.... Gotta love the all-motor car though.

I had the same thought. Call it the "Top Gear Effect." Sorry to see Porsche sucumb to it. It just looks so wrong.

Hadn't seen that before. You're right - crazy.

POST 15Original post

LOL, luv the look of the car, def tuff looking, but what the hell?? C'mon Porsche joining the fast and the furious, more like the Past and the Spurious.....

POST 16Original post

It has been scientifically proven that all cars look better going sideways. Besides, you can't make a video to get people excited about something by showing it going around a track one second faster a lap.
