Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
The GT3 wing is a direct bolt (after removal of certain parts) and the addition of a new wiring harness when disconnecting the spoiler motor so that the spoiler dash warning light is not tripped (all necessary parts and wiring harness come with the OEM kit).
Leading evidence: 'best dealers as far a pricing goes' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'best dealers as far a pricing goes' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Disconnect spoiler motor so' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

The GT3 wing is a direct bolt (after removal of certain parts) and the addition of a new wiring harness when disconnecting the spoiler motor so that the spoiler dash warning light is not tripped (all necessary parts and wiring harness come with the OEM kit). No cutting, drilling, etcs. is required with the OEM kit (don't know about the aftermarket kits). You could reinstall the motorized spoiler if you wanted to take off the wing at a later date.
It's pricey (like everything from Porsche). You can usually find them from somewhere around $1300. of course it comes unpainted so there is additional expense in the painting. Sunset or Brandywine are probably the best dealers as far a pricing goes. Also Carnewal.com sells the factory part (and is usually one of the best priced places) but the weakness of the US Dollar is killing the pricing. You should also check out places like LA Porsche Dismantler (who can get new parts also) which usually have good pricing.
One other thought. If you are getting the rear wing you should technically get the front bumper also as it "balances" the car aero dynamically.
Thanks Eli. It looks great on the narrowbody 996s. I am not sure whether it would get overwhelmed by the J-Lo Booty on the C4Ss. I am not sure it would even fit. In any event, my pics are below. Also, I would seriously consider getting a MASHAW replica over OEM. Nice Quality. Porsche list for my wing was 2,700. MASHAW was 1,000. You do the math.
