Just a word of warning, there is a bit of variation between oxygen sensors used on the 996 depending on model and year as well as between pre & post cat.

There are also a couple of bosch universal sensor available to replace the various direct fit bosch sensors used on the various 996 models/years.

Suggestion

I believe the Turbo engines use wide band sensors too, at least the sensors after the converters.
