Anyone have experience with a Diehard battery for an '02? I'm just killed my third battery. I probably won't buy another battery from the dealer. I assume that the "international" battery will fit. My '02 will be for sale next Spring for an '09 S. Thanks.

You have been Molled.... It is made by Johnson Controls. You can read about it here. http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=2950 A few of our local Boxster owners have it. Works like any other decent 12 volt battery.

Tool Pants is the man when it comes to batteries. He has taken a photo at almost every place to get a battery. I got one back in Feb from Costco in NJ. It was only $45 and maintenance free (Johnson Controls), like Diehard.
