Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Found two spots of oil directly beneath my sway bar passenger side just above the sway bar clamp. I think that is my cam cover isn't it?

POST 2Original post

I think the cam cover is located on the driver side in the back. I see some oil seeping through on mine but no leak. Jack the car up and look under the engine on the drivers side. Correct me if Im wrong here guys.

POST 3Original post

There are 2 cam covers on the engine. There is one on the drivers side on the side closest to the driver. The second is on the side of the engine closet to the bumper. Try tightening the 2 bolts down snuggly and see if that stops the small leak. Both covers have an electrical cable coming out of the middle. Both covers are in line with the spark plugs on the cylinder head.
