Unfortunately, my wife test drove an 03 996 Cab with a Tip and really didn't like it...
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
55 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

low, i ain't into crazy modified cars, but if i saw your car on the road, i'd crane my neck to get a nice long look. that thing has gotta be an attn ***** to the max! i like it for how crazy it is. go big or go home, right bud?
'03 996, arctic silver, metropol blue interior/top; sport classic wheels (picture is old enough to not show the clear turn signals)
(Why have convertibles become 'chick cars'? It may be a generational thing as I grew up on MG's, Triumph's, 356's, Jags, etc.....and a drop top was more associated with freedom and nonconformism. Now, HT cars are "guy cars." Are guys scared?....need the additional security?....need the image of a racer?....(but many of the great race cars have been open cars!)....the reasoning escapes me.)
Thanks Bruce- I assume you mean the Victor Equip and not the Fikses in the
1st pic. Victor Equip aren't the highest quality wheel made but the fit/offset is perfect on a NB and they are a good bang for the buck. I liked the fact they look "similar" to the stock C4 wheels.
Yup, that's them. My car is Ocean Blue, which it looks like yours is, too. They really set it off.
Oh, well. Can't wait to get my refinished wheels on anyway. The novelty of my winter wheels is wearing off a bit...
Hey everyone, thanks for all the pics of cabs...almost worked. Unfortunately, my wife test drove an 03 996 Cab with a Tip and really didn't like it... She called it Sluggish !! She said that compared to my 6 speed the tip sucked the life out of the car. (She wants a tip for her commute with stopngo traffic)
Darn it I was having all these visions of 2 996's parked all cozy like in my garage.... argh.
