Without compromising safety what have others used for a good track day setup.

My seats were $1800 for the set (less than 6 months old and looked brand new) with the sub-bars already on them, bought used through my local Porsche dealer.

Howdy all,
Getting my wifes 99 C4 ready for the track day season. I would love to install GT3 seats with the Porsche rollbar but it would be too pricey.
Without compromising safety what have others used for a good track day setup. Specifically what seats fit that use existing sliders, allow use of stock seat belts ( for daily driving ) and don't require any mods?
Instead of a rollbar what harness bar setups work good and once again don't require removal of stock seat belts?
The whole point is to allow for installation of 5/6 point Hanns compatable harness setup. I am aware of PCA's new requirement for the submarine belt to go through the seat.

IMHO, there's the key phrase. 5-6 point harness have to work with a roll bar, not just a harness bar. So, throw out the harness bar since it is a safety compromise.

Anything else is a safety compromise. IMHO, it is far safer to stay with the stock seats and the stock 3 point seat belts on the track than it is to slap together anything other than items that were meant to work together. Do what I did. Buy the items one at a time as funds will allow. Buy the GT3 seats first, then the roll bar, then the harness. Each item will add safety on their own without compromise, and multiply that when they finally all come together.

All bolt-in, no mods whatsoever and can go back to stock whenever necessary.......I wish my my wife was so compliant!
It isn't hard to find Techequipe rollbars and GT3 seats used. A DASsport rollbar will be very difficult to find used. The big plus is they are about half the price on the used market and if you decide to sell them, you get what you paid for them. Buying used, my Techequipe rollbar was only $500 (shipped) off Ebay.
