Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Does anybody have yellow calipers on a black P-car? I am thinking of yellow as an option, red is safe and my first choice for now. I will order the paint kit when I make up my mind on this. Plan on painting them by March, the top hats will be painted silver during the process. Wife (the artist) will handle the calipers.
Any pics of yellow (or red) would help a great deal.
Also, I'll take any recommendations on were to get stickers and the paint kit?
I have attached a picture taken in the fall (shortly after prchase, pumpkins long gone!!) to give an idea of what I got now (black calipers).
Thank you all
-Ludwig
Well that made the final decision a slam dunk. Very generous of you Jerry and much appreciated to say the least.
RED it will be
I will send you a PM soon.
I have the yellow ones on my black car. They are the pccb's so they come that color. I like it a lot. I have seen someone who painted theirs the Cobalt Blue and that looked awesome too IMO. It was different, and it really looked cool.
Ludwig, here is a link to a thread I started after I painted my calipers. The thread grew to 11 pages! The pics on page 1 are not very good, but there are better pics on page 3 or so. Post #8 gives you a web site where you can buy the decals.
Also, irfyou are using brush on paint, do yourself a favor and buy a cheap 1" natural bristle brush to use. I bought one at Sears for $1.00. The brush included with the paint is terrible, as it is too stiff.

As always your posts are either informative or entertaining, you should be on the Rennlist pay role.
My task in this will be prep work
. My wife will do all the painting. She is a very good artist, mentioned she would use Windsor and Newton
.
I can only hope it's the name of the brush, if not I hope they can also paint
Thank you all for the input, 4-large for the paint
I will order the decals from xenonmods today. 3.25 in black, slightly longer than original but they looked very good on Tim's post.
Will post pics when I'm completed. Hope things warm up around here soon.
Newport996, you have the best looking wheels I have seen on a black 996. Can't imagine them looking any better with anything other than yellow
