Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

When I did my B&M SS, I found this under the center console. It has SIDLER on the top (the clear plastic part) and the number 4 in a small circle. On the bottom, the gear mechanism has the number 1508 on it. There are no other markings on it. Sorry for the crappy cell-phone pics.

POST 3Original post

Interior ashtray, cap over the light bulb...check deep inside the cavity. Just pull the ashtray out of the console and you should see where this clips into the side back panel. If not, check where the lid gears are (when open/closed) and you should see where this belongs.
