Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

(That might be good I plan to have a PPI any suggestions where? Also, I will fly out to see the car B/4 concluding the deal. Also, what items shoudl I include in the purchase agreement. Please e-mail or call me direct toll free [phone removed] Anyhelp would be appreciated. Steve

POST 2Original post

Well over on Ferrarichat the Fcar and Lcars guys seem to think highly of them. Some contact over at DuPont spoke well of them. I think it is who you deal with at Motorcars. Motorcars have a good rep of selling good cars. But you still need to do your homework. I talked with them the other day on a Lambo. The car was supposed to have full Docs but when I asked for records on oil changes, brake fluid changes, and the clutch that was replaced they did not have them handy. The only records were a stamp in the book. Not good enough for me when spending big money for a top end car. That car needs to prove it to me that it is worth the price. But then that just me.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I P/U the GT2 on Tuesday if all is well. Porsche Dealer PPI was clean and as represented. I'll update the threads end of next week. Thanks for imput! Steve

POST 4Original post

I visited with the owner at their warehouse a few years ago. Good guy, good reputation - but follow RAC's advice and document everything. Too much money to take any chances.

POST 5Original post

Are you buying the 5xx mile Arctic Silver GT2? Best of luck!

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Gang Just wanted to thank everyone for the e-mails, telephone calls and info on Motorcars International. I picked up the car on Tues. Left Springfield about 4:00 and was home for lunch Thursday. 40 is one LOOONG piece road. Made a little side trip through Prescott, Az. Thought about stopping at the B J auction on Scottsdale. However, if I don't sell a car or two B/4 I buy any more my wife might start getting a "little excited" Everything was as represented. Deal went smooth. Car is wonderfull! Yes, it was the Silver GT2 with 563 miles. thanks again Steve

POST 7Original post

Well, my friend was there on Thursday and bought the white Lambo roadster. Lucky bastard, I hate him. At first he was a little iffy about the place but after talking with them and going there he spoke very highly of them. He was treated very well. I hope you had as good of an experience as he did.
