Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I'm not sure it's really a DIY - but I bought mine as part of a matched set (with both front and rear bumper covers).

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I saw a 911 02 Cab (may car) with some really nice looking side skirts. Are these a common mod? has any one here done them? Where would I get them if I decided to go that route? Thanks all

POST 2Original post

For a 2002+ car you should get the MK II skirts. Check out Marc Gelefsky's sig pic to see what they look like. His look sweet (man, I sure hated saying that)! You might want to contact Sunset Porsche. They have Porsche parts at cost + 15%.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can you tell me how the side skirt mounts pls ?

POST 5Original post

approx 8 or 9 screws, most are hex head, 2 or 3 are phillips head, very easy to remove and reinstall yourself

POST 6Original post

Mine are third party (betterbodiesmotorsport.com) and cost $525 for the pair (they're called 996 GT-3 rocker panels): 021a.jpg I'm not sure it's really a DIY - but I bought mine as part of a matched set (with both front and rear bumper covers). Good Luck! Rudy
