I had to emergency(not battery) close top. I turned the flaps in and back latch lid open with the allen wrench. Then turned them back for electric operation now the top is open all the way. When I hit the close rocker switch the motor runs a few seconds than stop and nothing happens. I just got this car. Thanks, Cory in Reno

I just did the fluid fill about two weeks ago. Was about half-full. Fairly straighforward, but getting that allen screw back into the pump was a pain in the a$$, especially with hydraulic fluid on my fingers! There is a very good write up on the procedure over at Renntech.org.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
