Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

16 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

And... OMG this thing is going to be fast. I was down right giddy when I got back. I cannot wait to get this car up to J3 Motorsports for the cage install. UNREAL!! Here are the photos before the cage fabrication takes place. - And, yes...I know the rear sits a little high. The torsion bars get removed next week while it gets the cage. The interior: I promised a friend a photo of the pedals (by www.srpracing.com - best price on the web for custom pedals.)

POST 2Original post

looks like fun Chad - what class are you going to run in? Are you doing worked head and a cam too?

POST 3Original post

A crossover, so to speak. DE car till I get the motor built. I am also doing a custom 4.5pt cage with the intention of doing a full custom 6pt later. When the motor is done, the full cage will be as well. In the end, the intent is a NASA spec race car. It is intended to be a gradual build. C.

POST 8Original post

You're doing a great job with that Chad... vids on the track next time!

POST 9Original post

You need a heel stop under the pedals. Great work Chad! I really like this car, neat and clean!!

POST 12Original post

Chad, that car looks sweet. I love the clean, sterile interior. I can't wait to see the cage installed.

Thanks Chris. That means a lot. Any suggestions on a heel stop? Even a photo example would be helpful. C.

Well, it looks great. The S2 is a neat platform and the weight reduction you've made will make it a lot of fun on the track.

Thanks Doug. Hopefully, I the motor gets a green light and I can run it this year up at Road Atlanta. I want to do at least a couple events to get feel for the chassis before I tear into the motor. C.
