Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Greetings, Silly but appreciate it if any one has had this. My horn has changed it's tone to sort of a higher(dull) pitch. Any thoughts. Thanks Gary 2004 Cab B/B

Our cars have two horns: a low- and a high-tone horn. Chances are your low-tone horn has burned out. Check out this thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...alian+air+horn

POST 3Original post

You have two horns. One of them, the one that has the lower pitch, is not working. This is relatively common on the 996. Are you sitll covered under warranty? If so, take it to the dealer. If not, do a search on "horn" and you will find some threads on the topic.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
