I was checking the price for the pre facelift cars and the 4750 I thought did not include paint.

Dubai, Many cars come optioned that way, the side skirts look best with the Aero front bumper, they compliment each other and it looks well proportioned.

I might have to get sideskirts now (i was holding off because I was waiting to get full-aerokit), but now that I've seen yours, I think I'll go sideskirts only to start.
Anyone know of a good place to pick up some sideskirts? What's installation like on these? Drilling involved or just the usual two sided tape and some push fasteners?

Did you just get tha car then? Congratulations! I have been looking for a car in the last few weeks and that particular one was in my list. I think thats a beauty, low mileage and porsche aprroved. I really like that side skirt too. I ended up getting the speed yellow in my avatar. I can't pass on it when it showed up here localy for sale. I got it the first day they advertised it. So far I'm very happy moving from 993 to 996.
Carrera Mike: I have had the car since late October. I went and had a look at the PofP web site and two of the cars do look almost exactly the same. They must take photos from the exact same location for all their cars. I will take some non advertising photos soon. However, its a little dirty these days.

Yea they were shipped from state ..painted i might add, i looked all over for the aero kit..........And it turns out Dayton was cheaper , and knew how to ship to Canada. I called suncoast porsche as someone said in this thread , but they would not ship here.
The Aerokit II sideskirts will not look harmonic together with the Aerokit I front bumper which is the only front bumper that will fit with your headlights. If you decide to go for the Aerokit II front bumper as well, you will need to change the front headlights and front wings in addition to the bumper!

How much was the kit painted, if that's not too personal to ask. I was checking the price for the pre facelift cars and the 4750 I thought did not include paint. i figured it would be another 1k or more at least to have them installed and painted by a shop. I really do want the kit. I saw a kit by Rizzo a few months ago that was really inexpexsive, but probaqbly "cheap" as well.
The MK 1 sideskirts look good without any bumper upgrades... makes the car look deeper in the middle... and I don't agree that the look is "unbalanced".. IMO it looks pretty slick and a great upgrade...
A little off topic, but what are the various rear bumper options do I have for my c2? Is the entire rear bumper replaced? I was an idiot the other night and backed into (slowly) my jag

Porsche Driving Experience cars(some of them) has this set up(just the side skirts). Check out this video. The 2005 calendar (FEB05) has this picture too of PDE cars with same set up.

He meant front fenders -- in the UK they call fenders "wings." You would need new front fenders if you want to upgrade your headlights to 01- style headlights.
