As Sean said ^ get the owner to take a pic of the options sticker which is either a) inside the trunk lid (hood) or b) on the inside of the front cover of the Maintenance Manual

Go to Suncoast Porsche Parts, they have a link where you can email your VIN and they will send you an option list by email.

NAV X51 The nav is pretty much a wash. But the X51 is worth a little extra. Carnac-gene what else do you see?
