Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I was charged for 10 hours of labor (including alignment) which may be higher than others have gotten on this forum but it was the same as what the dealer wanted.
Leading evidence: 'same as what the dealer wanted' (1 discussions report identifying this cause; no attributable repair resolution). That looks great, man it really changes the whole look!!
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Here are before and after pics, X74 suspension. I also added 5mm spacers and got 4 new tires (Bridgestone Potenza S02A's 225/40/18 F 285/30/18 R.)
My car previously had the USM030 suspension (factory installed). X74 lowered the car by 1.125" Rear and 1.5" Front (28.5 and 38.1 mm) by my measurements. I adjusted this for the difference in tread depth on the new tires.
I have only driven the car about 20 miles around town with the new setup and am very happy with it so far. It actually seems to have a more comfortable street ride than the M030. I'm not sure why that would be - it may have to do with there being less travel in the suspension. In any case, it is noticeably less jarring than the M030. Definitely quite streetable. I don't have a lot of potholes to deal with, and I don't have side skirts or a front lip, and so far no scraping if I'm careful.
The car turns in more quickly and body lean seems prety well eliminated. It feels more planted and tighter overall. I will be tracking the car at a DE this weekend, so I'll post my impressions after that.
I ordered the parts (and engine protection plate) from Carnewal. They were great. I ordered them last Wednesday morning and they were at my house Friday morning - 48 hours later. Even with exchange rates and FedEx from Belgium it cost me less than half of what the dealer wanted. Also, Gert and my local independent mechanic both told me I didn't need new sway bars (because I had M030) whereas the dealer said I did, and this saved me another several hundred dollars. I was charged for 10 hours of labor (including alignment) which may be higher than others have gotten on this forum but it was the same as what the dealer wanted.
OneManTX:
You know the Sjervens or the Kellys in Tyler?
Car looks great on the X74 as well as the spacers.
If you measure from the center of your wheel vertically up to the fender as a standardized measurement, then, within reason, no matter what wheel or tire you put on the car or what your current tire pressure is or ambient temp and pressure etc, those things will not impact your measurement. Otherwise, you'll need to worry, as you did, about new tire vs. old tire, how worn the tread is for old vs. new measurement, whether air pressure in tire is the same etc. when comparing measurements.
At least, the above works for me on my other non-P car where I've moved things around or added spring pads or shorter springs.

Marc

I am very close to doing the same thing except on a C4S. The only part I am undecided on is what to do about the sways. Gert says my car already has the right sways as they are standard on the C4S and the turbo but I was wondering if you ever considered adjustable sways like for example GT3 sways.
Please let us know your impressions after the DE event too. Happy driving!!
