I just returned from a 1200 mile trip w/my newly installed PCM2.....some features are cool, some truly archaic.

I just returned from a 1200 mile trip w/my newly installed PCM2.....some features are cool, some truly archaic. When you want to search POI's, unless I'm doing it wrong, you have to terminate the routing, and then after you've dealt w/POI, you have to recall the route from recent destinations, or something like that. Also, I was in Roanoke, Va, and did a search for gas stations. The closest one listed was over 50 miles away. What's with that?? My questions are: 1-Is there any way to input POI info? For instance, just playing w/the unit, I went to RESTAURANTS in NYC. I was looking for a specific restaurant. It took me about 15 minutes of scrolling to find it. On other systems, you can type in the restaurant name and get it. 2-I still cannot figure out how to get the POI's on the map screen. Any help???? All in all, it gets me where I want to go, and looks OEM. Had I not been able to find it used, I never would have spent the dough they're asking.
