If folks use a different e-mail address to PayPal, or register using a CC and omit their screen name they are registered with - it's *really* difficult to find their screen name - as there is no info to say "that is them"

So it seems he already "wasted" his time on eBay and now after seeing that the market is 1 bidder at $1K he is happy to offer these to Rennlister's for the low low price of $1200.
If you want to move 'em, price em accordingly. I have no doubt you can get $800-$1000 shipped within the day here on RL.

Yes- they were on ebay first. I guess I should've said 'again waste more time on ebay'. I literally had my finger on the button to relist when I posted this.
Sheesh. Give me a break, not trying to flim-flam anyone. I just paid too much for them and didn't know their true value.
I replaced them with the halogens with the car's sale.
If someone wants them for 1K plus shipping, let me know. Also note my 100% positive feedback, for those checking the ebay link! That'll at least save the relist fee.

was quoted a price yesterday of $1049.00 New from a local dealer. any used parts i've ever sold have been between 65-80% of NEW replacement value. that being said i would think that $800.00 would be the high end, $750 would be a deal and $650 is a blow out...only my .02
I would love to have litronics as an upgrade, but just bought my clear halogens this year. Do I really want to go through the trouble of re selling? Maybe for a cheaper lit set!

You can check the classifieds where both these and my 1999, 996 are advertised. Only members can post ads, right? Isn't there also a link to verify membership with a number? Yeah, on the home page, verify member.
I would forward the email I sent Jenn asking her to update it, or my confirmation, but I suppose someone would poo poo that too. Geez. Not my fault it hasn't been updated.

Ok. I posted in that thread. I just assumed emailing admins was the way to go, the first time you helped me Speed Demon. Not too hard for all the Nay nays to verify my membership, however. All the time spent taking unwarranted pot shots could have been used doing so.

Joe: Congrats on becoming a member. It took a couple of days to get my membership sorted out as well. Do not get discouraged and just be honest with your information. There is a wealth of information here that will help you if you ever need it and at the same token maybe you will be able to help someone else.
