Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Anyone have time to check a car out for me as am in Europe?

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Long shot but I am looking at a Bentley Continental GT in Chicargo. The prices are really good compared to Europe.
Question 1. Does anyone have any views on
www.luxurymotors.com?
2. Anyone have time to check a car out for me as am in Europe?
3. Is there sales tax on cars in the US ( I can deduct this for export)
Question 1. Does anyone have any views on
www.luxurymotors.com?
Please do a search. Luxury Motors has been a topic of discussion on a few occassions and my recollection is that the views were all negative. I know that they were being sued for misrepresenting their cars, but I'm not certain if that case has been closed.
Thanks fast1. It seems after searching as usual there are some happy and some think they suck ***. It looks like they shift volumes, some are good and some are bad.
In any case I am quite happy with the price level and at least I know they really exsist
Asking price in US are always without sales tax. With your Euro you will save 30% more.Have them do a used car inspection at the Bentley dealer before you buy the car.
You can call Automobile concept, they import/export cars. [phone removed] ask for Sylvia.
I think the bentley Downers Grove are the dealer but best not to trust them eh?
Yes, more than 30% saving. Amazing difference in US versus Euopean price + your dollar in the mud at present. Makes it worthwhile me shopping 4000 miles away.
I bought my Porsche off of Ebay, had a PPI done and shipped it to Germany. The biggest pain you will find is getting it out of Port once it arrives. Not sure of the taxes in CZ but would guess in the 15% range so just check out the legal requirements and you will have your car in about 3-4 weeks after you buy it. Also I found it easier to pay for shipment from port to door by the time you consider taking a train, paying for a hotel and messing with all the documents. It was cheaper and less of a headache to let the professionals handle it.
Best of Luck!
19% just like Germany! I had to get documents showing the amount paid for the car, the legal title showing me as the owner and one more I can not remember. That is the reason I paid to have it sent to my house, the shipping company will put all these documents together for you and make sure the correct people get them. I know for me it would have been a 90Euro train trip, 90Euro for the hotel and what ever it cost me in gas to drive back to my house. The car had to be picked up prior to 1200 and if any issues I would have to return the following day. Based on all that I just paid the 330 Euros to have it sent to my house and let the guy picking it up with lots of experience worry about getting it to me. Hope that helped some what but ultimately you need to make a trip to whoever does your taxes when you purchase a car from a private individual outside of CZ and talk with the importer.
I'm in Chicago. I visited that place once. I will never go back, and I wouldn't even think of buying a car there. One of the guys who works for me just went to look at a P-car there last week (serious buyer, bought one from Porsche Exchange the following week), and he was overwhelmed by the unprofessional sales staff.
Can't really expand other than a general feeling of unease and 'something isn't right here' . . .
Rountreed, if you are still about I was wondering how you only paid 19% VAT as most european countries have an addition 10% duty, then they add the VAT on top.
I have bought 6 cars from them all PPI'd and no worries. I would be more than happy to look at a car for you. They are a Bently DEALER so you will be buying a good one from them...
