Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Had an autocross this weekend and the 996 performed pretty damned well for a bone stocker.
We were lucky enough to have some high quality photo equipment out in the field as well. This picture says it all for me. It's oh so very similar to my favourite AX photo of my old 911.
With the right tire pressures and working with the car's dynamics they can do quite well. They do tend to understeer but you can dial that out.
Here are some pics from the Washington circuit at Summit Point Autocross. I run with the BMW CCA as I used to be their Autocross Chairman. The runs for that day where good enough for a class win and fastest car on street tires.
I ran 35/43 hot I think. Until the tires heat up there's lot's of understeer. By my third run things were starting to stick. You know you have to jab the brakes before you turn in right...even if you gotta use your left foot.
Definitely! After I stopped "thinking" I clocked a pretty good time. My first two runs I completely missed a turn in the course and dnf'd... After that, I improved my time over the next three runs. After our first 5 official timed runs, we had 5 more unofficial timed runs and my new best lap time was 2 1/2 seconds faster than my best time in the first group of runs. It just took me a little time to get warmed up! I cannot wait for the next one!!!
