Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Achtung - Stay away from this dealer!! I recently had service on my 944 to change the water pump and belts. By closely examining the bill, I was charged for parts that were never put on the vehicle. When Knopf was confronted about the extra parts, they insisted that they were installed, and that's what Porsche recommends. I personally verified that the parts are not installed by removing the timing covers. Here's the complete story

POST 2Original post

Thanks much for the post. I read the original post and am waiting with baited breath to find out what happened. What did the dealership say when you presented them with all the facts? Josh
