Im thinking of a few jobs for my 99 C4 Cabriolet and one of them is changing the interior from grey to black, Im trying to figure whats compatible between the coupe and cab, Would I be correct in saying the dash, Doors, Seats, Carpet and centre console are the same fit?

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, Im thinking of a few jobs for my 99 C4 Cabriolet and one of them is changing the interior from grey to black, Im trying to figure whats compatible between the coupe and cab, Would I be correct in saying the dash, Doors, Seats, Carpet and centre console are the same fit? I realise the rear quarter cards are different but was wondering about the rest. Also is the centre console for a 986 boxster a straight fit? I was hunting for a black on black Cab when I bought it but couldn't find one mechanically right or in mint condition bodywork wise so decided to buy this and change in the future. Might put some sound proofing in whilst the car is stripped depending on JohnnyDangerous's results. Getting some coilover's fitted soon and going to change my rims at some point too. thanks
