Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
Past years the 600 gsxr's can run a lower power and still beat others on times and speed due to having a better body design for rider and bike to slip through the air.
Leading evidence: 'ducati as well' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'ducati as well' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Run lower power and still beat others' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

nice rides, the bike gives me chills just thinking how scary fast those things are.
pumpkins refers to the orange side markers on the car, the prefered smoked side markers are the thing to have...
remember, rubber side down.
Gorgeous frankfast! Dr_r2r, yours as well. Your 996 is remarkably similar to mine! My next purchase is likely a Ducati as well. I have wanted one for a very long time but not gotten around to it.
WANNA PLAY !!!!!!!!
It was raining so I took the 1000 out for a ride today with a group of guys. Little did I figure 100% of them were fair weather riders. Yah none of them showed up. I guess they'll always be lousy rainy day riders and drivers.
Had a 93 GSX-R1100 WP race bike with Keihin flatside race carbs. Nice shop I had it stored at during a vacation in afghanistan sold it while going out of business. Hmmmm why do I always remember that. Anyway yah the flatsides do have a nice flapping sound and very nice instant throttle results. Bike was a beast tricked all the way inside and out running pump gas getting 175hp.
I wish I could have a bike again......
I'd kill for a Duck.
The last time I re-convinced myself that it would be doable, it was when I was driving home from work and just at the EXACT point that it made sense again, I pass a HD laying on the ground with the dentist looking dazed and confused and an old lady in a beater just as dazed and confused.
Some good riding classes like california superbikes school or others and you should be way past thinking about people that took the 25 question exam for a license to kill others on the hwys and roads. Most don't understand why some bikes are riding faster than cars. With me it is some times safer to not be a sitting target. People just stare straight ahead and giving them a chance to say they didn't see you after trashing your day and bike is a mistake.
I had a bike in Arizona during my pre-children days. I loved it. CBR600F1 (2?) When we moved here I had to take my written driving license again and they asked if I still wanted my bike endorsment. I figured WTH and took that test too and passed. So...yeah, I miss the bikes and the fun they are. I especially love the bikes when I'm sitting on the 91 watching them split the lanes.....
Ducati's are awesome too. Loved the 916 and then when then went to that center headlight design I thought they were nuts.
BMW's new liter bike is said to be good and more power than the rest. Of course it all comes down to how well it connects to the road. Funny how low powered 600's can beat 1000's if stuck in constant tight turns. But being realistic with the street I wanted a bike that doesn't have Scotty saying I'm giving it all she's got captain!. I like my bike
Pulls heavy g's all the way to the speed limiter at 187. You have to watch out for some bikes and blah blah advertising. Aerodynamics play heavy at high speeds. Past years the 600 gsxr's can run a lower power and still beat others on times and speed due to having a better body design for rider and bike to slip through the air. That air is a big obstacle hauling tail. Of course on a 1000 don't just crank back the throttle or you'll do a wheelie which adds so much drag its sickening how much acceleration it spoils. Bikes bikes bikes ahhhhhhh
Regretfully we can't split lanes here.
I purchased a two-wheeled stablemate for my 996 a week ago. It's a Triumph Street Triple. It's a 675cc putting down ~100hp at the rear wheel. Definitely get the adrenaline flowing. I'm loving it.
Very nice! I wish I could have the Duck's rear wheel on all 4 corners of my car! In the second photo, it almost looks like the wheel is on the 996 (car)!
Nice duc, despite the clatter of the dry clutch, the exhaust note is perfection on a Ducati. I love the the Paul Smart 1000, thats my dream bike, too bad the wife won't let me get one, kids still need to go to college even if I splatter on the pavement.
