Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Was trying to find a project for today. I couldn't find any tech articles except the 993 pollen filter change. If anyone has basic instructions or if they could point me in the right direction that would be great!! Thank you very much! Also, would a new air filter be changed at the 45k service? Sanjay

POST 2Original post

New pollen filter every 15k mi and new air filter every 30k mi. Pollent filter is on the passenger side by the front hood area. You'll see a black plastic cover that can be easily removed and that'll reveal the filter tucked there. It's a 5 min job that doesn't require any tools. You may want to vacuum the area if it's dusty. Renntech has DYI covering oil changes, interior panel removal, air/pollen filter changes etc. It's a good reference if you are not so handy.
