Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
Winters work great, but if you run into black ice which we had in the past week, you pray another car isn't coming in the opposite direction.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I traded in my 968 cab for the C4 cab because I didn't like leaving a car parked for most of the winter.
So I put the aluminum hard top on, got some 17" turbo twist wheels and a set of Wintersport 3D's and now waiting for the snow to start flying again.
The tires seem fairly aggressive, and my tire guy says I can do 150 mph w/o any issue. The studs used to fall off my Audi above 140 mph.
What do you guys think?
I think your cab looks great with the hard top on, also the spoiler is sweet, nice touch on that. Have a good time in that white sh*t.
I'm praying for an early spring.
Nice.. I opted not to put snows on mine this year, figuring we have 2 other cars with snows so I didn't really need to drive it in the winter.. Now I'm regretting the decision.. I think next year I'll put winter rubber on it regardless..
Do you drive yours up I70 into the mountains in the winter? I've taken mine up there in the summer, and it's a blast to drive - but even if I put snows on it I'm not sure I'd take it up there in the winter... too much gravel on the road.. we've already lost a windshield in my wife's year old Beemer..

Nick- no plans to drive the P-car up I-70 due to the road rash. We have 6 more weeks w/ an H2 (won in a sales contest at work - 2 yrs, 40k mi) then we'll drive the S8's to ski races in the winter. I'm with you- it can be absolutely brutal at times! Replacing windshields is an annual occurence.
Paul- studs are definitely legal in CO, 12 months of the year. Having driven with and w/out, I think studs make a huge difference - especially on unanticipated black ice coming around a dark canyon corner at night, which is about the only time you have a chance to drive at speed around here these days.
Thanks for all the positive comments on the P-car. Hopefully I'll have some video to share from an ice driving school. I've done plenty of power slides in my quattros and I'm anxious to explore the capabilities of the C4.
Yep.. the glass places to a great business around here.
We did studs the first few years we were here, but they're heavy and awfully noisy, and we found we really didn't need 'em. Of course, we don't do 100+ up
I-70 either, though we do go up there just about every other weekend.
We put Blizzak's on my wifes AWD Beemer, and I'm pretty happy with 'em. Probably not as good as studs on sheer ice, but on anything short of that, they rock.

Black ice is the only thing I worry about around MN. Winters work great, but if you run into black ice which we had in the past week, you pray another car isn't coming in the opposite direction.
Looks great! I've been debating getting a hardtop for my C4 Cab. I have N1 (porsche approved) rated winter tires, "Ice Bear" I think. They handle awesome in the snow/rain here in Colorado. You will love snow driving. People look at you like you're insane!
