I just bought an interior colored surround piece that goes around the radio, climate and buttons. First question is, the one in the car is 3 separate pieces, the one I purchased is one piece. Is that a problem? Second, How do Iremove the old one? Just pull off with fingers or is there a proper way to remove, the new one looks as if it snaps in. Third and amybe most important, How do I remove the intermittent wiper switch before removing surround piece? Does it pull off? My car is a '99. Thanks, I can't wait to try my first mod, other than clear side markers...

The 1 piece trim is for later year models and will not fit a 99. You need the 3 piece model to fit yours. Do a search to find the install procedures. Good Luck~!

Yeah - the 99 3 piece trim is permanently connected to the center vent. It comes as one complete unit. Check Ebay for deals.

Check with the dealer. I have a 99 C2 and had the climate controls moved and added factory cupholders when I upgraded my stereo. Factory cupholder kit plus the trim pieces cost me under $100 from dealer parts and i had my stereo guy install them. See pics attached. Hope that helps.
